The Human Niemann Pick C2 ELISA Kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative detection of Niemann Pick C2 protein in cell culture fluid, cell culture supernatant, and tissue extract. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify the sensitivity of human Niemann Pick C2 to 2.58 pg/ml.
