Description
The pan-MCP antibody increases MCP-2 mediated chemotaxis at low mAb concentrations. Monocyte chemotaxis mediated by cytokines secreted from stimulated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) fibroblasts can be inhibited by the pan-MCP antibody.
