Description

The iNeuMab™ anti-Phospho-Insulin Receptor β (Tyr1361) antibody detects transfected levels of insulin receptor β only when phosphorylated at Tyr1361. It slightly cross-reacts with activated IGF-I receptor, but does not cross-react with other activated tyrosine kinases.

Expression Host

Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1361 of human insulin receptor β.
