Our MAO-A inhibitor screening kit provides a fast, simple, sensitive and reliable test method, suitable for high-throughput screening of MAO-A inhibitors. The determination is based on the fluorescence detection of H2O2, which is one of the by-products produced during the oxidative deamination of MAO substrates.
