The mouse PON2 ELISA Kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of PON2 protein in cell culture fluid and tissue fluid. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of PON2 in mice was 41 pg/ml.
