Mouse Pratamycin ELISA Kit is a single wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of Pratamycin protein in cell culture extracts, cell culture supernatants, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The mouse program inulin was quantified with 7.8 zero sensitivity.
