This antibody pair can be used to quantify mouse S100A8. The BSA and azide free antibody pairs include non-conjugated capture and detection antibodies suitable for sandwich ELISAs. According to the determination of protein A280 method, the antibody concentration provided is about 1 mg/ml. The recommended antibody location is based on elisa's internal optimization. Antibody location depends on the test and needs to be optimized for each test type.
