Description

The NeuroDiff™ Neural Crest Differentiation Kit is designed to generate a serum-free environment for human embryonic stem cells (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells to differentiate into neural crest cells. These neural crest cells, identified by the expression of neural crest markers like SOX10 and CD271, have the potential to develop into various cell types such as chondrocytes, osteoblasts, and peripheral neurons.

Cells: When stored under the recommended storage conditions (liquid nitrogen), cells are stable up to five years. Do not expose to high temperature. After expiration, discard all remaining reagents. We recommend using cells within ten generations.

Medium: Medium should be stored at -20 °C, until ready to use. After thawing, the medium should be stored at 2-8 °C, and given a 1-month expiration dating. It is recommended to divide into small portions to avoid repeated heating before each use.

Each lot of media is tested for the optimal differentiation.
