Application Notes

Need to add Carrier-Free rh EGF (Catalog #NCC200612ZP) and rh bFGF (Catalog #NCC200614ZP) is required. Heparin (Catalog #NCC200613ZP) can also be added, however, the heparin solution contains non-human animal-derived components and can be omitted if a complete xeno-free system is desired.

Cells: When stored under the recommended storage conditions (liquid nitrogen), cells are stable up to five years. Do not expose to high temperature. After expiration, discard all remaining reagents. We recommend using cells within ten generations.

Medium: Medium should be stored at -20 °C, until ready to use. After thawing, the medium should be stored at 2-8 °C, and given a 1-month expiration dating. It is recommended to divide into small portions to avoid repeated heating before each use.

Shelf Life

Stable until expiry date (EXP) on label.
