Product Overview

Description

RhoG (Ras homology Growth-related) is also known as ARGH, belonging to the Rho family of small G proteins capable of signaling via binding GTP and catalyzing it to GDP. It is expressed widely in mammalian cells, including fibroblasts, leukocytes, neuronal cells, endothelial cells, and on cell lines, such as HeLa cells. RhoG is involved in a number of signaling pathways, including those for chemokine receptors in cell motility, gene transcription, endocytosis, neurite outgrowth, and others.

Immunogen

This monoclonal antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids 161-180 of the RhoG protein conjugated to KLH.
