Description

The purpose of the Nitric Oxide Detection Kit is to quantify the amounts of nitrate and nitrite found in various samples. The total of nitrate (-NO3) and nitrite (-NO2) yields the nitric oxide content. To create standard curves for the test, nitrate and nitrite standards are supplied; all samples must be read off the corresponding standard curve.
