Description
The quick and efficient extraction and identification of ubiquitinated proteins from biological materials is made possible by the Ubiquitin Detection Kit. permits the separation of mono- and poly-ubiquitinated proteins without regard to the length or chain linkage, but not free ubiquitin. incredibly versatile, suitable with a large variety of lysis buffers and samples from a wide range of species. Identification and evaluation of ubiquitinated proteins of interest are made possible by analysis using Western blotting or proteomic techniques.
