Description
Creative Biolabs is equipped with state-of-the-art patch clamp technology. Our setup is equipped with a rapid drug application system. Application schemes and detection conditions can be adjusted according to your needs.
Depending on the application protocol and ion channel type, Creative Biolabs' manual setup allows the measurement of 20-50 compounds per day.
Whole-cell recordings or single-channel analysis can be performed in various expression systems (HEK 293, CHO, neuroblastoma, etc.) to test the effect of drugs on voltage-gated or ligand-gated ion channels.
