Description

This kit provides a rapid, efficient, and versatile method for either clearing or expanding animal tissue sections. The protocol uses hydration and detergents for effective delipidation, followed by either refractive index matching for transparency or hydrogel-based embedding for isotropic expansion. Expansion physically magnifies the sample, enabling super-resolution imaging on standard microscopes.
