The human fetoprotein a ELISA kit is a single wash 90 minutes sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of fetoprotein a protein in cell culture supernatant, edta plasma, serum and cit plasma. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of quantitative human alpha placenta-a is 116.24 pg/ml.
