Human FGF2 ELISA kit is a single wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of FGF2 protein in cit plasma, hep plasma, serum, cell culture extract, tissue extract and cell culture supernatant. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify the sensitivity of human FGF2 to 4 pg/ml.
