Human LIF ELISA kit is a single-wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of LIF protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify the sensitivity of human LIF to 1.469 pg/ml.
