Early passage human oligodendrocyte precursor cells are used to create human oligodendrocyte precursor cell lysate (HOPC Lysate). The Beckman Coulter DU 800 spectrophotometer is used to measure lysate concentration. Storage Buffer is used to dilute and store lysate. Researchers can save money and time by using lysate instead of purchasing pricey tissues.

Store lysate immediately at -80°C upon arrival; aliquot the lysate to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Handling Advice
