Human Serpin A12 ELISA kit is a 90-minute single wash sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of Serpin A12 protein in cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, saliva and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of human Serpin A12 was determined to be 3.12 pg/ml.
