Description

Laminin-521 is a well-defined xeno-free cell culture medium, which can maintain human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells for a long time without feeder layers. Compared with other substrates, the use of Laminin-521 as a cell culture substrate can improve the adhesion and survival rate of single cells, and there is no need to add apoptosis inhibitors during the plating process. When used with StemTes™ A (catalog number #NCC200631ZP), StemTes™ Plus (catalog number #NCC200632ZP), StemTes™ B (catalog number #NCC200634ZP), the system allows complete control of the culture environment, and thus produces a consistent Cell population and get repeatable results.
