Description
Our monoacylglycerol lipase inhibitor screening kit provides a direct method to identify inhibitors of human MAGL. In this assay, human recombinant MAGL is used to cleave the MAGL substrate, resulting in increased fluorescence, which can be eliminated by inhibitors of this enzyme.
