Description
The mouse apoE ELISAPRO kit provides all the necessary reagents and solutions needed to quantify apoE in a solution, for example in cell culture supernatants and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains an ELISA plate pre-coated with a monoclonal capture antibody and a matching amount of biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and buffer.
