Mouse Chromogranin A ELISA Kit is a one-wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of chromogranin A in cell culture medium, cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify mouse chromogranin A with a sensitivity of 93 pg/ml.
