Description

The Mouse Cortical Neural Stem Cells product line offers primary neural stem cells that are ready for use that were extracted from the cortices of C57/BL6 mice during embryonic days 15 to 18 (E15-E18). These primary neural stem cells can be employed for a range of research projects, including the creation of new drugs, investigations into neurotoxicity, neurogenesis, electrophysiology, the actions of neurotransmitters and receptors, and CNS diseases and disorders.

Application Notes

We recommend that the cells be used in conjunction with the Neural Stem Cell Marker Characterization Kit (Catalog No. NPC-K04) and differentiation assays that demonstrate multipotentiality of the starting cell population.
We recommend that the cells be used within ten passages.
