Description
The NeuroInduc™ Chemical Dissociation Kit is used for the non-mechanical and non-enzymatic hydrolysis of neurospheres derived from embryonic or adult mouse central nervous system tissue. Compared with the neurospheres separated by grinding, significantly higher viability and total cell number were observed after expansion, and the functional characteristics of the cells were maintained.
