Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Phospho-Narecognizes endogenous levels of Na,K-ATPase α1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr10. The antibody cross-reacts with an induced 75-80 kDa doublet of unknown origin.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr10 of human Na,K-ATPase α1 protein.
