Immunogen

Amino acids 37-113 of mouse LGI1 fusion protein (LRRNT domain and the first LRR repeat sequence). Rat: 100% identity (77/77 amino acid identical). Human: 98% identity (76/77 amino acid identical). The consistency with LGI2, LGI3 and LGI4 is about 50%.
