Description
pcDNA3.1-ACE2-Flag is a mammalian cell expression plasmid. It is used to express human Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) protein with FLAG tag (DYKDDDDK) at the C terminal. It can be used conveniently Anti-Flag tag antibody to recognize the expression of ACE2 protein, or perform immunoprecipitation analysis, etc. The plasmid contains the CMV promoter, which can efficiently initiate the expression of the target protein in the cell, and the plasmid is ampicillin resistant.
