Description
Signal transducers and activators of transcription mediate cell responses to interleukin, KITLG/SCF, LEP and other growth factors. After activation, co-activators (such as NCOA1 or MED1) are recruited to the promoter region of the target gene. It may mediate the cellular response to activated FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 and FGFR4. It binds to the interleukin 6 (IL-6) response element identified in the promoters of various acute-phase protein genes. Our STAT3 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for quantitative measurement of human STAT3 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The density of the color is directly proportional to the amount of STAT3 captured from the sample.
