Description

In order to gently and quickly construct a single cell suspension from tumor tissue created by implanting mouse tumor material into a second animal, a mouse tumor isolation kit has been designed. The kit is designed to produce a high output of tumor cells and lymphocytes that infiltrate tumors.

It is often useful to implant tumor tissue of mouse origin into a mouse model to study tumor development in vivo. The Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse allows the generation of single-cell suspensions from tumor tissue generated in this way.

The kit has been designed to obtain tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, while preserving cell surface epitopes.
