Description

Isolation and analysis of proteins in adipose tissue is critical for understanding many physiological/pathological conditions. However, the isolation of adipose tissue is challenging due to its high fat and low protein content. We have developed a cutting-edge technology that separates adipose tissue into two types: a water-soluble protein fraction and a water-insoluble fraction.

Features

The buffers used in this kit are free of primary amines, detergents and reducing agents. The isolated proteins are compatible with all downstream applications, including TMT labeling, enzymatic digestion, MS analysis, and others.
