Description
The assay is sensitive and rapid, and can perform high-throughput quantification of Caspase-3 activity in cell lysates or adherent cells, and can be used to evaluate the induction of apoptosis and/or evaluate apoptosis inhibitors. The activity per well is as low as 11.25 mU, and less than 500 apoptotic cells can be detected
