Human Cleaved Caspase-3 (Asp175) ELISA kit is a single wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of Cleaved Caspase-3 (Asp175) protein in cell culture fluid and tissue extracts. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitative human lysed Caspase-3 (Asp175) has a sensitivity of 2.1 pg/ml.
