Dentatorubral-Pallidoluysian Atrophy (DRPLA) is an autosomal dominant spinocerebellar degeneration caused by expansion of CAG repeats encoding polyglutamine tracts in the atrophin-1 protein. Creative Biolabs cell lines derived from patients with Dentatorubral-Pallidoluysian atrophy are an excellent model for studying this rare genetic disorder. Creative Biolabs now offers custom human iPSC-derived brain cells from patients with Dentatorubral-Pallidoluysian atrophy.
