The human CNTF ELISA kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of CNTF protein in cell culture fluid, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitative human CNTF with a sensitivity of 6.42 pg/ml.
