The chemically specified iStemTM Enzyme-Free Stem Cell Dissociation Solution is designed to separate human embryonic or induced pluripotent stem cells during regular stem cell cultivation. It does incredibly well in breaking up cell clusters. Most notably, it prevents cell cytotoxicity while maintaining the structural and functional integrity of cell surface proteins.
