Description
Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is the most abundant peroxidase in neutrophils (EC 1.11.1.7). The kit provides a fast, simple, sensitive and reliable test method, which is suitable as a high-throughput detection method for MPO activity. The kit can be used to detect MPO activity as low as 0.5μU per well.
