Description

The Neurosphere Isolation Kit was developed for gentle and efficient generation of single cell suspensions from cultured neurospheres. In less than an hour, the gentle enzymatic hydrolysis process efficiently produces a large number of living cells. Dissociated cells can be used immediately for further studies in vitro or in vivo, such as cell culture and expansion, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy and molecular applications.
