This antibody pair is for the quantification of human galactosin-3 and is BSA- and azide-free. The antibody pair includes unconjugated capture and detection antibodies suitable for sandwich ELISA, both are rabbit monoclonal antibodies. The antibody concentration is approximately 1 mg/ml. The recommended antibody position is based on in-house optimization of the ELISA. Antibody position is test dependent and needs to be optimized for each test type.
