The human PEDF ELISA kit is a single wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of PEDF protein in cell culture supernatant, plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitative human PEDF, the sensitivity is 146 pg/ml.
