Description
The iNeuMab™ anti-APP antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total APP protein. The antigen sequence of this product is 100% homologous to the corresponding mouse sequence, however no signal was seen in wild type mouse brain, potentially due to sensitivity.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human APP protein.
