Description
This product is an agonist of TRPML (transient receptor potential channel mucin). It activates TRPML1, TRPML2 and TRPML3 channels, but not TRPM2, TRPV2, TRPV3, TRPC6 and TRPA1. TRPML1 has been reported to be involved in exocytosis, lysosome and Golgi trafficking, and clearance of apoptotic cells.
