The mouse adiponectin ELISA kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of adiponectin protein in cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of mouse adiponectin to 26 pg/ml was determined.
