The rat adiponectin ELISA kit is a single-wash 90-min sandwich ELISA kit for the determination of adiponectin protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, serum and urine. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of rat adiponectin to 3 pg/ml was determined.
