The human adiponectin ELISA kit is a single wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of adiponectin protein in cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify the sensitivity of human adiponectin to 7 pg/ml.
