The mouse eNOS ELISA kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of eNOS protein in tissue extract, mouse brain extract, mouse muscle extract and cell culture fluid. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitative mouse eNOS, 5.58 pg/ml sensitivity.
