Product Overview

Description

Brain uptake of therapeutic antibodies is severely limited by their size. To achieve enhanced BBB crossing, Creative Biolabs developed a BBB shuttle antibody platform by utilizing the endogenous macromolecule transportation pathway, known as receptor-mediated transcytosis (RMT). The engineered antibody-based carrier is believed to significantly to increase the macromolecule brain entry to combat CNS diseases.
Notes: The BBB antibody is made-to order and available in a customized format. Please don't hesitate contact us for more details.

Figure 2 shows inhibition of EGF-biotin binding to EGFR by anti-EGFR HuMabs and murine MAbs (ELISA format).

FuncS

Figure 3 is a graph showing that anti-EGFR HuMabs and murine MAbs inhibit EGF-biotin binding to EGFR on A431 cells.

FuncS

Figure 4 is a graph showing the titration of anti-EGFR HuMabs on A431 cells.

FuncS

Figure 5 shows growth inhibition of EGFR expressing tumor cell lines by anti-EGFR human antibodies. The tumor cell line A431 expressing EGFR was mixed with various concentrations of HuMab 2F8 (square), 5C5 (triangle), 6E9 (cross), 2A2 (diamond) antibody negative control anti-CTLA4 (open circle), antibody positive control 225 (closed circle ) or medium only (control) for seven (7) days.

FuncS

Figure 6 shows growth inhibition of EGFR expressing tumor cell lines by anti-EGFR human antibodies. The tumor cell line HN5 expressing EGFR was mixed with various concentrations of HuMab 2F8 (square), 5C5 (triangle), 6E9 (cross), 2A2 (diamond) antibody negative control anti-CTLA4 (open circle), antibody positive control 225 (closed circle ) or medium only (control) for seven (7) days.

FuncS

Figure 7 is a graph showing antibody-dependent cytotoxicity mediated by human PMN.

PMNs were isolated as described. 51 Chromium-labeled A431 cells were seeded in 96-well flat bottom plates. PMNs were added at an effector:target ratio of 100:1 and antibodies were added at various concentrations. After overnight incubation, the release of 51Cr was measured.
