Mouse anti-human neuron-specific enolase antibody can recognize human enolase 2, also known as neuron-specific enolase (NSE), gamma enolase, neuroenolase or 2-phospho-D- Glycerate hydrolase. The mouse anti-human neuron-specific enolase antibody reacts with the 45 kDa band corresponding to NSE and can be reacted on the immunoblot of human brain extract.
