Description

Mouse anti-human beta amyloid antibody, clone DE2B4 recognizes human beta amyloid peptide, which is the main protein component of the amyloid core in neural plaques.
In immunohistology, the antibody can detect extracellular amyloid β with senile plaques and vascular amyloid in the brain of Alzheimer's disease.

Immunogen

A synthetic peptide composed of residues 1-17 of amyloid beta protein.
