Description

The mouse anti-human C9orf72 antibody recognizes the protein C9orf72 with hexanucleotide repeats in the non-coding sequence between alternate 5'exons in the C9orf72 transcript. Temporal dementia) (PMID: 21944778) related, 21944779). Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms for C9orf72 have been discovered. (Courtesy of RefSeq, December 2011). Mouse anti-human C9orf72 antibody can detect a 54 kDa band. The antibodies have been extensively validated by Western blot using whole cell lysates.
